Spotlight Illuminating powder can be used with any of our Goddess glow loose highlighters taking them to the next level to ultimate glow given the glow effect more dimension on the skin. These highlighters are nothing like you have seen before. They can also be used on their own to achieve an extremely sophisticated look. They are very versatile, pigmented, buildable and finely milled powders

Can be applied wet or dry creating a spectacular glow.
